The above table was declared final. Note: For the first time ever, two Labour Sports Association (TUL) clubs, KTP Kotka and Kullervo Helsinki, competed in the Finnish League Division Two along with the Finnish Football Association (SPL) clubs. TUL withdrew from the competition before the season had finished, but unlike in the Premier Division, the matches of their representants were not annulled and the clubs were included in the final table. Because of war conditions, some clubs did not participate in the league competitions. No clubs were relegated from Premier Division because the number of Premier Division teams was increased from 8 to 12.
